Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Shopping Card (the “App”), provided by Andy Aziri (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

• You must use the App lawfully and not abuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• You are responsible for the content you create and share (for example, group names and list items).
• You are responsible for anyone you invite to your groups and what you share with them.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your device secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate the App (for example, syncing your lists across devices and sharing them with group members you choose).

Premium features

Some features may require a subscription (“Premium”). Pricing, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms are shown in the App Store at purchase time and are controlled by your Apple ID subscription settings.

Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (for example, hosting/authentication and subscription infrastructure). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if needed to protect the service or if you violate these Terms.
